Terms of Service & Subscription Terms

1. Agreement and Operator

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Slide Dish mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Service").

The Service is operated by nevr.app s.r.o., Břetislavova 1216/2, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic ("Slide Dish", "we", "us", "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Our Privacy Policy separately describes the processing of personal data; use the Privacy Policy link provided within the app or website for the current published text.

2. What Slide Dish Provides

Slide Dish helps you decide what to cook by presenting recipe recommendations based on your expressed preferences, learned Taste DNA, cooking activity, and current meal context.

Features may include:

• For You and Explore recipe recommendations;
• a meal-session shortlist, saved recipes, and cooking history;
• Taste DNA and practical cooking preferences;
• recipe information, instructions, nutrition estimates, and scaling;
• optional recipe generation, adaptation, import, and camera-based workflows; and
• optional Slide Dish Premium features.

Slide Dish is a recipe discovery and cooking-assistance product, not a professional dietary, medical, or food-safety service. Features may evolve, subject to your statutory rights and any applicable subscription commitments.

3. Eligibility, Guest Use, and Accounts

The Service is not intended for children under 13. Additional age or parental authorization requirements may apply under local law.

Core recipe discovery can be used without registration using a persistent guest profile. An account is required to start recipe creation or adaptation workflows and to purchase Premium. If you register after guest use, associated guest preferences and history may be merged with your account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information where needed, protecting access to your account, and notifying us about suspected unauthorized use.

4. Recommendations, Allergens, and Food Safety

All recipes, nutritional values, dietary labels, allergen classifications, suggested substitutes, cooking times, and AI-generated recommendations are provided for general informational purposes only. They are estimates, not guarantees.

A recipe marked vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, or otherwise compatible with a diet may still be unsuitable for a particular person or product brand. Our allergen and ingredient checks can be incomplete or wrong, and some ingredients may be exposed to cross-contact or contamination.

You are responsible for checking the actual packaging and ingredient labels of every food product you use, including allergens, ingredient changes, and manufacturing warnings, before preparing or eating the meal. Do not rely solely on Slide Dish's labels, recipes, generated instructions, or filters when managing food allergies or medically necessary diets.

Use appropriate food-handling, storage, temperature, and cooking practices. Where food allergies or a medical condition create significant risk, consult a qualified healthcare professional and follow their advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Slide Dish does not warrant that any recipe is allergen-free, nutritionally accurate, medically appropriate, or safe for your specific circumstances. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

Slide Dish may use AI technologies to create or adapt recipes, recognize ingredients or food from photographs, interpret submitted recipe documents, translate instructions, and estimate nutritional values.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, inappropriate for a diet, or similar to existing recipes. Check the result before relying on it, particularly ingredients, quantities, temperatures, allergens, and food-safety directions.

A generated recipe is not a promise that a particular dish will turn out as pictured or described. Availability, timing, and quality of AI features may depend on external systems.

6. Your Inputs and Content Rights

You may provide prompts, recipe descriptions, images, scans, and other materials ("User Inputs"). You retain any rights you hold in your original User Inputs.

You confirm that you have the rights or lawful permission necessary to submit and process your User Inputs, and that doing so does not unlawfully infringe copyright, privacy, or other third-party rights. This includes material photographed in restaurants, cookbooks, or other sources. You must not upload unlawful content or personal information belonging to others without an appropriate basis.

You grant Slide Dish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, analyze, transform, and process User Inputs as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and improve the requested Service functions, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. This license ends when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Submitting content does not automatically give Slide Dish permission to publicly display your original photographs in advertising or promotional materials.

7. Generated Recipes and the Recommendation Library

Generated or adapted recipe results may be added, after validation, to the shared Recommendation Library, where other users can discover them.

You acknowledge that the Service may host, reproduce, translate, adapt, display, and distribute non-personally identifying generated recipe content and its related AI-generated images as necessary for the shared library and operation of Slide Dish, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

Generated outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, exclusive, or eligible for copyright protection. We do not claim ownership of any pre-existing rights you hold in your original User Inputs, and we do not promise that you receive exclusive rights over generated outputs.

Personal account identifiers, individual Taste DNA profiles, private cooking histories, and original camera uploads are not intended to appear in shared recipe recommendations. Imported third-party recipes are not made eligible for public sharing merely because you scanned or imported them.

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact we@nevr.app with sufficient detail for us to review the request. We may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary to comply with law or enforce these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of applicable law or the rights of others;
• attempt to bypass account, security, subscription, creation-credit, or fair-use controls;
• abuse AI generation through automated requests or disproportionate activity;
• interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' access;
• upload malicious, unlawful, or infringing content; or
• misrepresent or exploit the Service in a way that causes harm or disruption.

We may take proportionate steps to investigate or restrict abusive activity, consistent with applicable law and consumer rights.

9. Free Access and Creation Credits

Slide Dish's core Open → Pick → Cook discovery experience is available in the Free tier, including basic Taste DNA, recipe recommendations, saving, cooking actions, ratings, and adjustment of the number of servings.

A registered Free account receives three lifetime successful recipe-creation credits. These credits are shared across eligible workflows that create a new recipe, including Generate, Adapt, and camera-based recipe generation. They do not renew periodically.

A creation credit is used only when a usable recipe, including its required verified image, has been successfully delivered. Failed creations do not consume a successful-creation credit. Retries or technical recovery of the same request should not consume an additional credit.

After these credits are exhausted, further eligible recipe creation requires an active Slide Dish Premium subscription, subject to the applicable fair-use rules below.

10. Slide Dish Premium — Subscription Terms

10.1 Premium benefits

Slide Dish Premium provides additional functionality, which may include:

• continued AI recipe creation and adaptation after Free credits are used;
• supported camera-to-recipe creation;
• personalized portion size and calorie-targeted portion adjustment; and
• Complete Taste DNA, including additional taste and practical cooking insights.

Basic personalized recommendations and adjustment of the number of servings remain part of the Free experience. Premium does not guarantee higher recommendation accuracy or unlimited AI recipe creation.

10.2 Billing plans and prices

Premium is offered with monthly and yearly auto-renewing billing options. The reference US prices at the time of this draft are US $4.99 per month and US $47.99 per year.

The actual price, currency, applicable taxes, available offers, and billing period shown on the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play purchase screen at checkout govern your purchase. Prices may vary by region and may change for future purchases or renewals subject to applicable notice and consent rules.

10.3 Automatic renewal and payment

Unless canceled, a subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period and the payment method associated with the relevant app store is charged under that store's terms.

Purchases, billing, and subscription entitlements are processed through the applicable store. We do not directly receive your complete payment-card number from in-app purchases.

10.4 How to cancel

You can cancel Premium at any time through the subscription-management tools of the app store used for purchase:

• Apple App Store: manage your subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
• Google Play: manage your subscriptions in Google Play.

Slide Dish may provide an in-app Manage Subscription link that takes you to the relevant store. Cancellation generally stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period, subject to the store's rules.

Deleting Slide Dish, deleting your Slide Dish account, or contacting support does not by itself cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel it through the app store to avoid future charges. If you need assistance finding the correct cancellation route, contact us.

10.5 Refunds and mandatory rights

Refund eligibility and processing depend on the applicable app store's rules and mandatory consumer-protection laws. Submit payment refund requests through the store where you subscribed, or contact us for assistance.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or digital-service conformity rights available to you under applicable law.

10.6 Fair-use limits for recipe creation

Premium recipe creation is subject to fair-use limits and is not unlimited. These limits apply across eligible creation workflows, including Generate, Adapt, and camera-based creation, and operate over rolling periods.

During unusually high usage, recipe creation may be temporarily paused. Slide Dish will show you in the app when you can create again. These safeguards help maintain reliable service for all users.

Successful recipe creations count toward these protections; technical failures do not count as successful creations. We may adjust reasonable fair-use protections to preserve security and service reliability, with appropriate notice where a change materially affects paid service or where required by law.

10.7 Changes to Premium

We may update Premium features or available plans over time. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant app-store terms. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Intellectual Property

Slide Dish's app, software, branding, design, and original materials belong to Slide Dish or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may use recipe results for ordinary personal cooking purposes, subject to any third-party rights; this does not transfer ownership of our software or brand.

12. Availability, Changes, and Account Closure

We aim to provide a reliable service, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical failures, or unavailable AI providers may affect access.

You may delete your account in the app or request help at we@nevr.app. Account deletion and its effect on personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.

We may restrict accounts or content that seriously violate these Terms, subject to proportionality, applicable law, and your rights regarding any purchased service. Suspension of an account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.

13. Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service and its content are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, perfect recommendation accuracy, or specific cooking results.

You remain responsible for verifying recipe information and preparing food safely. Where legally permitted, liability for indirect or consequential losses may be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or other liability and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable.

If a dispute arises, please contact we@nevr.app so we can attempt to resolve it. Statutory complaint, alternative dispute resolution, and court rights remain available.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. We will make the updated version available and provide additional notice, and obtain consent where required, before material changes take effect.
